This 32 page book and accompanying CD are perfect for the beginning student of hammer dulcimer. Provides tips for playing tunes, notes, symbols, techniques and theory, 10 lessons and 10 tunes. While the book provides a tuning chart for 15/14 Hammer dulcimers, it is clearly beneficial to smaller and larger hammer dulcimers. The CD offers a performance track with rhythm guitar and an instructional track with phrase-by-phrase demonstration.
