Standard shipping rates apply to continental US states only. Contact us for shipping outside the contential US.

We typically ship via FedEx and most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Other shipping options are available upon request.

A 20% restock fee will be deducted for any unauthorized returns or packages returned undelivered. 

Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Merchandise must be in new, unused and resalable condition.

If the product is not returned in the same condition as it was received, you may be subject to a repair charge or a 20% restock fee.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways.

The return process must be initiated within 3 business days of receiving the product.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
For items with discounted, or free, shipping the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.

Shipping Damage:

Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt. We strongly advise that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.
